As a Compensation Analyst, you will be a key member of the
Compensation team reporting to the Manager, Compensation Programs.
In this role, you will help to advance our compensation philosophy
by being a critical advisor and support to our business leaders.
Your role will support the design, administration, and continuous
improvement of the company’s compensation programs by ensuring pay
practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant. This role
provides market pricing, data analysis, and program support across
base pay and incentive programs. Essential Duties • Conduct market
pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys; analyze data and
provide pay recommendations. • Support administration of
companywide compensation programs, including base pay, annual
merit, short- and long-term incentives, gainshare program,
retention, sign-on, and relocation programs. • Provide consultative
support to HR and business leaders on promotions, off-cycle
increases, job evaluations, and other pay-related decisions
including ad hoc requests. • Participate in annual compensation
processes including merit planning, incentive calculations, and
salary updates • Submit job matches and manage annual salary survey
participation, ensuring alignment with internal job architecture
and leveling; serve as liaison with survey vendors and external
partners. • Prepare compensation analyses, reporting, and modeling
to support business decisions. • Maintain compensation
documentation and governance practices; support audits to ensure
compliance with applicable regulations and internal processes. •
Support compensation-related projects and system enhancements as
needed. • Maintain internal HR Case Management ticket system and
Compensation Inbox providing initial support and market pricing in
a consultative and timely manner. • Create materials, develop
training, and conduct meetings to effectively communicate
compensation programs and practices. • Perform other related duties
as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance,
human resources or a related field or equivalent combination of
education and experience Minimum 3 years experience in human
resources with 1-3 years experience compensation analysis
preferably within a Center of Excellence team, with responsibility
for pay equity analysis, salary studies, salary survey
participation, and compensation recommendations. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skill
((pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Knowledge of quantitative
and qualitative research methods. HR Expertise: Strong
understanding of human resource regulations, compliance, and best
practices. Business & Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen
with critical thinking and analytical ability to evaluate how
business decisions impact enterprise outcomes. Experience with
Dayforce or other human capital management (HCM) software. Global
compensation experience (Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica) a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 -
$100,000 bonus medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 401k
and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and
