As part of our sales team, you will play a key role in growing our client base and helping our customers enjoy their living and working spaces pest-free. Generate new sales opportunities through outgoing calls and in-person visits to potential clients. Educate customers on our pest control services and the benefits of our environmentally responsible approaches. Maintain and exceed sales quota targets. Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers. Participate in team meetings and sales training workshops. Handle customer questions and objections with a professional demeanor. Track sales and client feedback using company CRM systems. Collaborate with the service team to ensure that contract specifications are met. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to persuade and influence others. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Knowledge of CRM software. Capability to work independently and in a team environment. Certification in sales techniques or customer service is a plus. State-specific pest control certification may be pursued as part of job training.
