Job Description:

Operates Rotomatics, Compression Presses, Wiltrim Trim Machine, Drill Press and Clicker Punch Press to produce diaphragms in compliance with established safety regulations and work instructions. • 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm -11:00pm; -Overtime may be required during the week and on Saturday
• 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm - 7am; Overtime may be required during the week and on Saturday ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: -Management may assign other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
  • Follows schedule as provided Feeds calendared material through Rotomatic -
  • Cuts and weighs gum preps by operating Rotomatic and reading a scale Assembles fabric and gum pieces
  • Places return trim on correct skid
  • Labels books of assembled preps
  • Labels rolls of unfinished calendered rolls -
  • Operates double decked Compression Press Applies mold release as required
  • Loads preps and unloads molded parts
  • Operates Wiltrim machine, Drill Press and Clicker Punch Press Packages finished parts in cardboard cartons
  • Completes inventory move ticket
  • -Completes all required production and quality related paperwork
