We are HIRING a CERTIFIED MEDICATION AIDE | LEAD ROLE FULL TIME and PART TIME (DAYS, Med Aides Only/EVE/OVERNIGHT shifts) LIMITED OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE Shifts may vary based on availability at time of application. Applicants will be subject to a criminal history background check and may be subject to drug testing. Primary Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to): * Lead Role also responsible for managing staff on shift ensuring responsibilities and duties are completed and ensuring resident care needs are met. * Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide emotional support * Administer medications to residents following the prescribed dosage and schedule * Monitor and record residents' vital signs and reactions to medications * Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations * Stay updated on medication administration best practices and participate in ongoing training * Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Additional Universal Worker tasks such as kitchen duties, basic housekeeping, delivering resident mail and as assigned. Qualifications * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), minimum 1 year * Certified Medication Aide (CMA), minimum 1 year * 2yr Experience and passion working with Alzheimer's & dementia care residents * Knowledge of EHR systems and medical documentation * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology * Experience in lead shift roles in assisted living environment. * Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with family members, staff and visitors Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage PIf9f679597aaf-29400-38880836
