Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently in the field. Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues Service walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, rooftop units, split systems, and package units Check refrigerant levels, test controls, replace components, and verify system performance Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals Complete service reports and maintain accurate work orders Communicate with customers and provide professional service Follow all safety procedures and company standards Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service Qualifications: 3 years of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experience EPA Universal Certification (required) Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on rooftops and ladders Strong communication and customer service skills Company Description Family owned and operated for over 23 years, Texas Industrial Air Services LLC has been providing honest service and savings for our customers.
