Job Description Job Description Estimator Responsibilities: Experienced with CCC-One estimating system Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and determine necessary repairs. Identify parts that need replacement or repair, including body panels, bumpers, fenders, hoods, and trim. Determine if structural damage requires realignment or repair. Research and collect information on the cost of parts and labor. Prepare detailed estimates for insurance companies and customers, including labor hours, material costs, and any special requests. Explain the repair process and estimated costs to customers. Work with insurance adjusters to obtain approval for repairs and payment. Address customer inquiries and concerns throughout the repair process. Ensure that repairs are completed accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the collision center's technicians and parts department to ensure the timely completion of repairs. Handling accounts receivable for your accounts.
