consistent. Licensed agents will be able to plug into established
processes that help them grow faster, while new agents will be
supported through the licensing process and coached through their
first transactions. The goal is to give you a strong foundation so
you can start your career with direction and support instead of
trying to figure everything out on your own. This role is
well-suited for people who are coachable, organized, and
comfortable talking with others. Strong communication skills and a

$110,000 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities: Assist in generating
and nurturing leads to build a robust client base. Engage with
clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate
solutions. Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective
sales techniques and strategies. Participate in training sessions
to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market. Utilize modern
tools and systems to streamline the sales process and improve
efficiency. Support the team in managing transactions from initial
contact to closing. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure a
smooth and positive experience throughout the buying or selling
process. Qualifications: Experience in customer service or sales
roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Ability to
communicate effectively and build rapport with clients to
understand their real estate needs. Proven track record of being
organized and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth transaction
processes. Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques
and strategies in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with modern
technology and tools to enhance efficiency in the sales process.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team, supporting colleagues
and contributing to shared goals. Strong problem-solving skills to
provide tailored solutions for clients' real estate challenges.
