Job Description Job Description Our dealership is seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Automotive Sales Consultant with a proven track record in car sales. This role is ideal for professionals with at least 1 year of experience who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving strong sales performance. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new client relationships. Achieve and maintain departmental performance standards, including Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and vehicles sold. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, market trends, and product features. Review and manage inventory reports daily. Collaborate with the Sales Director to prepare and review monthly sales plans. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share. Complete all aspects of the sales process, including vehicle delivery and follow-up. Attend weekly department meetings. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required . Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required. Why Join Us?
