We are looking for a Junior Studio Partner for our Austin studio. This is a "Player-Coach" training role: you will learn our high-ticket sales system, master studio operations, and (if you crush your metrics) fast-track into a Studio Partner (Manager) role. We don't hire backgrounds; we hire mindsets. You fit our Austin team if: You Have "Hunter" Energy - You dont wait for customers to ask for things. You proactively offer memberships and products because you believe in what you sell. What You Will Actually Do You will guide clients through the whitening process, perform the treatment, and turn single-visit customers into long-term members. You aren't just checking people in. You are responsible for hitting daily sales targets through upsells and product attachments. You will assist the Studio Partner in maintaining a 5-star facilitycleanliness, inventory, and operational excellence are part of the game. Preferred Backgrounds High-Pressure Sales - Timeshare, Solar, Pest Control, or Alarm Sales. Membership Sales Project Management - Managers who are used to managing high-ticket invoices and customer expectations. The Dealbreakers (Read Before Applying) Saturdays are Mandatory: This is retail. We make money when people are off work. If you can't work Saturdays, this isn't for you.
