Pay: $100k-$200k *This pay range represents an average based on

$100k-$200k *This pay range represents an average based on
commission opportunity* This is an exciting opportunity to join our
Sales Team as the welcoming face of Stylecraft. Sales Executives
are responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience
by touring model homes and communities, presenting and explaining
purchase agreements, and leading key meetings throughout the
homebuilding journey. What You Will Do Guide prospective buyers
through model homes and home sites, showcasing the features and
benefits of our properties. Follow up with all leads using
Stylecraft Builders’ proven sales process to build strong customer
relationships and drive sales. Maintain accurate and up-to-date
marketing materials and signage within the model home and
community. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local
Realtor associations to enhance referral opportunities. Enter and
manage customer data and sales activity in Stylecraft’s CRM system
to ensure organized and efficient follow-up. What You Will Bring
High School Diploma with a minimum of one (1) year experience in
sales. New Home Sales experience is a plus. Ability to work
weekends and some holidays. Excellent networking, follow up, phone
and client prospect management skills. Well organized with ability
to handle multiple activities simultaneously. High level of verbal
and written communication skills. Valid Driver’s License required.
