Job Description:
Satellite Industries, a premier global provider of portable
sanitation solutions, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer
Success Manager to join our team. As a pivotal role in our Customer
Service & Support department, you will be instrumental in ensuring
that our clients experience unparalleled service and support. You
will act as a bridge between our customers and our product
solutions, facilitating a seamless experience from onboarding to
ongoing product support and management. Develop and manage client
portfolios to foster long-term business relationships. Ensure
customer satisfaction through continuous delivery and support of
client solutions. Guide and train customers on the use of our
portable sanitation products to maximize their utility. Handle
client communications and resolve any issues to ensure customer
retention and satisfaction. Collect and analyze customer feedback
to drive continuous product and service improvement. Work closely
with the sales and product development teams to inform and guide
changes or enhancements in product offerings. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Proven ability to manage client
relationships and resolve conflicts Solid understanding of customer
service software, databases, and tools Awareness of the industry’s
latest technology trends and applications Advanced troubleshooting
and multi-tasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Customer Service
Management (CSM) preferred Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification is a plus
