The ideal candidate will be charged with the development and execution of business strategies aimed at revenue growth and market share expansion. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the energy and utilities sector. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, including decision-makers and stakeholder entities. Lead the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to align business development strategies with market trends. Prepare detailed business development reports and present them to senior management. Monitor competitive market trends and analyze potential impacts on business performance. Manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project deliverables. Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and negotiation skills Deep understanding of energy markets and regulatory environments Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credential is a plus
