Associate Broker, Marine Practice This is a hybrid role with the
flexibility to work both virtually and from our Houston, TX office.

Gathers and analyzes data on
exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for
documents, submissions, and proposals.Identifies and analyzes
client exposures and determines which markets to use, ensuring
detailed evaluation of qualified companies in the
marketplace.Compiles and analyzes data and drafts assigned elements
of client service plans, stewardship reports and other
presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the
circumstances of the presentation.Accountable for routine support
activities to brokers and senior brokers with defined deadlines.May
facilitate and/or participate in client/broker strategy
meetings.May send requests for quotations to the insurance carriers
with opportunities to negotiate programs.Monitors and follows-up on
invoice generation, local policy issuance, and premium collection
within defined deadlines.Handles client open items lists and
responds to client ad-hoc requests and questions within
ability/knowledgeLiaises with Aon network offices on global program
coordination activities.Maintains effective and productive
relationships internally and externally.Assists with the processing
of policy and related documentsProvides support to the account
management process, when appropriatePerforming other related duties

Experience/Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office -
Excel, Word, Power Point and OutlookExcellent interpersonal,
communication and presentation skills, both verbally and
writtenAbility to work collaboratively as a key member of a team
and independently with minimum supervisionMeticulous attention to
detail, refined organizational skills and the ability to handle
multiple tasks simultaneouslyProven ability to prioritize competing
requirements and deadlines under pressureA passion for teamwork and
enjoys supporting othersComfortable learning new systems and having
a proactive approach to problem solvingMust maintain an active
Property and Casualty insurance license, or be able to acquire one
within the first 90 days of employmentEducation:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work

position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 - $90,000
annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's

adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.The salary range
reflected is based on a primary work location of Texas. The actual
salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
