Job Description:

Full charge Office Administrator for multi investment/ development company. Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in the real estate market with a minimum of associates degree or 10 years experiene with references. Working background in marketing is a plus, as well as excellent writing skills. Duties include: first contact as front receptionist, coordinate property maintenance on multiple properties, customer service request and liason, manage and maintain company files for various companies, assist in maintaining positive atmosphere, assist in ensuring all personnel are communicating well with a focus on service. Assist primary broker as needed. Duties will expand as needed per owner and comptroller. Energetic, positive and professional appearance and demeanor.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourSchedule: 8 hour shift Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate: Huntsville, TX 77340: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: Microsoft Office: 4 years (Required) Administrative experience: 5 years (Required)Work Location: One location
