Job Description:

As a Store Associate, you’ll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 40 hours per week Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $20.50 | Year 3 - $21.00 | Year 4 - $21.00 | Year 5 - $22.00 Training locations: Employees will train at 926 W. University Ave. Georgetown, TX or 1415 FM 685 Rd Pflugerville, TX 78660 for approximately 8-10 weeks. ALDI will compensate for drive/mileage in accordance with our policy.
