• Lead business and systems transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze and solve complex business problems, providing innovative solutions.
• Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Design and implement processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to present insights and drive decisions.What you will likely bring:
  • 8+ years of experience leading business and systems transformation projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with professional services quote to revenue processes; Salesforce or Certinia (FinancialForce) a plus.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and business systems tools.What could set you apart:
