Join the Fun Brigade!As a Facilities/Landscaping Technician, you"ll be the wizard of the grounds, turning them into a masterpiece of play-ready perfection. From making the facilities look fresher than a morning breeze and fabulously safe, to adding a touch of sparkle to every nook and cranny. What you"ll doConduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements.Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.Assist with landscaping duties.Maintain all areas safe and clean by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing.Monitor and replenish supplies.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for guests and employees.Assist with special tasks and projects.QualificationsPrevious experience in facilities maintenance and landscaping.Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques, as well as landscaping principles and practices.Ability to operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.Must be available to work weekends and holidays.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.PopStroke is an Equal Opportunity Employer.PI84259d929a59-25660-35367343
