Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $21-$22 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - Monday-Friday - 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

Assemble finished products, components, and sub-assemblies including relief valves, chemical injection pumps, and control valves
Use torque wrenches and hand tools to ensure precise fittings
Follow test procedures and safety protocols (OSHA standards)
Utilize ERP systems (Oracle) for inventory tracking, WIP transactions, and material reporting
Assist with product testing, quality audits, and process improvements
Train and mentor less experienced assemblers
Participate in daily shift meetings and root-cause problem-solving
Maintain high ethical standards and promote a safety-first culture

What You Bring to the Table

High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly and testing-preferably with oil and gas components
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software (Oracle, Windchill)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and team mindset
Ability to train others, identify quality variances, and follow standard work across multiple production cells
