In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service to clients through inbound phone calls focused on providing education, solutions, and long-term investing options regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans. You'll take a consultative approach with retirement and 401k plan participants, utilizing multiple computer applications and internal resources to offer them world-class solutions. Here, you will take charge of your own professional journey by attending a structured training program, participating in on-the-job learning, and receiving individual coaching and support, with a focus on growing your expertise on retirement products and services. • Series 7, 63 (or equivalent), required with registration in all 50 states
• Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule. -
• Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients, with availability any time between 7:00am-9:00pm Central Time. -Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or client relationship experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, with demonstrated success navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Active listening skills along with the ability to engage in open-ended dialogue to gain a thorough understanding of the client's financial needs.
  • Focused analytical skills and attention to detail to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
  • Dedication to resolving a variety of complex client inquires both through technology-based research and working closely with partners.
