Skills & Requirements
---10+ years of experience in delivering leading edge interactive software predominantly for financial service firms
---Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and Java technologies.
---Abreast with recent technologies
---Has a demonstrated ability to learn on the job
---Proven ability to work in a global team/client groups across locations with different time zones.
---Excellent communication skills, both face to face and with remote locations.
---Team collaboration and Interpersonal skills.
---Expertise in translating requirements to design via a test-driven-development model. Good analytical and reasoning skills.
---Strong knowledge in SDLC processes from requirement gathering through post
