• Certified Occupational Therapist Registered
• Develop and manage occupational therapy plan of care for all clients
• Maintain accurate documentation of the plan of care within company timelines
• Utilize evidence-based practice and skills to assess, plan, and evaluate interventions
• Ensure that clients and families receive the highest quality of service through a caring and compassionate quality of service
• Work with other health care professions, providing education and training as required
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and company policies and procedures
• Train new occupational therapy members on job post functions
• Maintain safety of clients and staff by following all cleaning policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as delegated, required or requested
  
  Requirements:
  
  • Certified Occupational Therapist Registered
  • Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of Texas
  • Maintain current CPR certification
  • Really enjoy working with others at all levels
