Job Type: StaffMust Submit Application Via This Webpage: https://tamus.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/AgriLife_Research_External/job/College-Station-AL-RSCH/Senior-Risk-and-Compliance-Coordinator_R-050872-1Job Responsibilities-Export Controls: Assist in maintaining export controls compliance program, implementing policies and procedures to comply with federal export control laws, system policies and regulations, as well as agency rules and procedures.-International Travel: Assist in keeping all agency personnel informed of current rules and requirements for international travel including travel to countries and regions designated as extreme danger areas. Communicate weekly updates regarding international travel to high risk areas. Assists the System Office of Risk Management as needed. Performs screenings on wire transfers, and restricted party screenings related to Visiting Scholars, international visitors, and conferences attended by staff and faculty.-Serves as the designated AgriLife Open Records Request Coordinator: Compiles and organizes data associated with such requests.- Serves as the designated AgriLife Records Retention Officer: Serves as the contact for Retention needs. Liaison with unit Retention Coordinators on destructions forms and retention schedule needs. Works with the System Office of General Counsel as needed.- Rules and Procedures: Assists AgriLife Administrative Services in the implementation and update of System and AgriLife polices, rules and procedures.- Provide assistance to the management review team in conducting operational and efficiency reviews of AgriLife Centers, Institutes and COALS departments.-Other duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience:-Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience plus an additional three (3) years of related experience in administration, program management, risk and compliance, or a related field.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- TAMUS structure, including Maestro, FAMIS, CircuiTree, AggieBuy, Concur, etc.- Experience in unmanned aerial systems.All positions are security-sensitive.
