Representative The Business Development Representative will execute
our sales process to connect and build rapport with middle to
senior level management at medium to large size companies in the
tech industry. You will communicate TeamUP's value propositions and
differentiators in the marketplace and position yourself and TeamUP
as the go to resource for their staffing needs. You will be
mentored and taught by seasoned experts in the staffing industry.
You will receive the knowledge, tools, and resources to help you
grow and be successful. As you continue to grow and build your
accounts and opportunity pipeline, you will place engineers and
technologists on assignments to earn commissions above your base

New business development reps typically earn $70,000 - $90,000 the
first year as they ramp up and seasoned reps earn $150,000 a year.

office position located in SW Austin, TX. JOB SUMMARY The Business
Development Representative is responsible for identifying and
generating new business through inside sales activities such as
prospecting, strategic sales planning, cold calls, and relationship
building. The Business Development Representative is accountable
for focusing on and generating business through new sales with
companies of medium to large sizes within niche industries. The
Business Development Representative will deal most frequently with
middle to senior management within the prospective client's
organization. Responsibilities: Develop and implement an effective
sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives for
medium to large-sized accounts. Utilize a consultative sales
approach and follow a strategic marketing plan to develop new
business. Perform weekly marketing calls and garner weekly
appointments. Use the consultative sales strategy to effectively
resolve client objections and maximize sales activity within
assigned territory. Evaluate and determine client needs and a plan
of action to offer staffing solutions. Collaborate with appropriate
internal resources to develop comprehensive sales presentation
materials tailored to the account. Make formal sales presentations
and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts.
Collaborate with internal service staff to ensure that accounts
sold are consistent with service resources and candidate pool.
Interface with appropriate field management to establish pricing
for quotes and bids consistent with the company's financial
objectives. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services
offered by TeamUP and awareness of the competition Meet/exceed
performance expectations, including weekly calls, appointments, and
GP dollars Organize weekly sales efforts utilizing the Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) system, including all contacts,
activities, appointments, and opportunities. Qualifications: The
ideal candidate will possess the following: 4-year College Degree
or equivalent business experience. 1-4 years of
business-to-business sales experience Staffing industry experience,
preferably in business development (but not required) Familiar with
consultative, solutions-based selling Strong sales presentation and
persuasion skills Possess a high sense of urgency and
self-confidence Work well within a quota-driven environment. Strong
work ethic, proactive and a positive attitude Excellent verbal and
written communication skills Energetic, self-manager who can lead
