As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for: Researching and qualifying potential business opportunities within our target verticals Setting qualified demos for our sales team including our VP of Sales Exceeding aggressive yet attainable sales objectives and quotas on an ongoing basis Maintaining a detailed and up to date pipeline in Salesforce Partnering with our executive leadership team to gain sales techniques and learn best practice To fit within our culture of drive and ambition, we are seeking an individual that possesses the following qualities: Career-focused - As a sales-minded individual, you will develop and execute product demonstrations for customers to ensure that they understand the value that TrueDialog will bring to their business. Excellent communication skills - You will be responsible for passionately conveying TrueDialog's story and remaining transparent throughout the sales process by embracing the needs of the prospects. Metrics-driven - A focus on KPIs and a drive to exceed targets The minimum qualifications we're looking for: You have what it takes to be a top performer You're able to exceed targets and reach for more You embrace cold calls as a means to reach decision-makers to set up demos You have at least 1 years of B2B sales experience and are ready for the next step in your career Full earning potential year one at goal is $80,000 per year.
