Only through our commitment to living the Howdy Hospitality lifestyle can we indeed Be The Difference by creating memorable experiences in the lives of all we serve.ESSENTIAL FUINCTIONS:Bell Attendants are responsible for assisting guests at check-in, check-out and supporting the front desk, concierge, valet and the hotel operations with service needs.
    • Opening doors for guest, team member, or other persons.
      • Room deliveries.
        • Handling luggage for clients. (Consistently moving items 50lbs to 70lbs)
          • Special deliveries or errands.
            • Maintaining the highest level of team member/guest relations.What are we looking for?QUALIFICATIONS:
              • Ability to transport, handle and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. (Note: Loading and unloading luggage out of vans, busses, etc., and delivery to and from guest rooms).
              • General understanding and knowledge of local restaurants, attractions and interest points.
              • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
              • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language.SCHEDULE:The hospitality industry is 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days of the year. All candidates must be available and are expected to work Game Days, Ring Ceremonies, Graduation, and other high occupancy times due to special events. Punctuality and reliability are essential to respect and trust-building for our team members; these are the critical ingredients in creating memorable experiences for all our guests we serve. Additionally, we strive hard to manage and minimalize overtime, but it should and will be expected when business levels call for it.
                • Part-Time: 16 -24 hours a week depending on the level of business forecasted for the hotel
