Job Description:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the IT Department as a network support specialist and Help Desk technician. In the role of primary Help Desk Technician, receive calls from and resolves issues of staff concerning a variety of computer software and hardware. Completion of an Associate's degree or two-year technical degree in IT-related field and two years of experience providing technical support in a corporate environment is required. Relevant IT certifications is preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: $49,000.00 - $51,000.00 per yearBenefits:
