BASIC FUNCTION: The Night Audit Agent is to provide friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and information to all guests,fellow employees and visitors and accurately balances and audits the hotelis income and expenses for the current 24 hour period. Scheduling: Our industry is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and every day of the year. All candidates must be willing and expect to workGame Days, Ring Ceremonies, Graduation, and other special events. Punctuality and reliability are essential to respect and trust-buildingfor our team members; these are the critical ingredients in creating memorable experiences for all we serve. Additionally, while we strivehard to manage and minimalize overtime, it should and will be expected when business levels call for it.Position Status and Scheduling Expectations: i Part Time- 16 i 24 hours a week depending on the level of business forecasted for the hoteli Days: Varying Saturday - Friday i Start times: Typically, 7 am, 10 am or 3 pm (projected 8 hours a day)iJob Description:QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, and WORK EXPERIENCEHigh school graduate or equivalent.Two years of college education preferred.Two years experience in a service industry, preferably in the hospitality industry.Excellent oral and communication skills.Confident and mature professional able to resolve and de-escalate problemsComputer literate.Pleasant telephone demeanor.iESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:i Other duties as assigned.Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled and accurate information is established.Provide exceptional customer service with smile and empathy.Thoroughly complete all guest transactions.Promote and sell special hotel programs.Interact with fellow team members in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and hotel policies.Maintain house bank.Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Managers and Supervisors.Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.Any other tasks assigned by a Front Office ManageriENVIRONMENT:Office setting, with overhead lighting and comfortable ventilation. Constant guest contact.iMARGINAL FUNCTIONS:Cross training in PBX, concierge, and bell services coverage. Assist other departments as needed.
