This position will be a customer specialist with the CV-ALIR and
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide advanced support and respond to customer inquiries in a
timely and professional manner
- Facilitate communication between customers, external entities,
development and other team members when necessary
- Assist customers with and provide training on
- A broad variety of data entry or similarly related tasks that
may require the ability to make sound decisions based on
- Monitor daily processes and take action to resolve issues that
- Coordinate the account setup process between external entities
and the account setup team
- 3 years call center experience, including CRM
- Working knowledge of desktop computers, Internet Explorer,
other Microsoft applications and communication protocols.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to listen to and interpret a customer's
- Effective oral and written communication skills and attention
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Requires sitting and talking on the phone for long periods of
- HS graduate with two or more years of college or technical
