With our brand new facility, we are excited to expand our Sales Department Team in College Station, Texas.   10K SIGN ON UPON COMPLETION OF PROBATIONARY PERIOD!!  (6 MONTHS)  Responsibilities* Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities & features, comparing & contrasting competitive models & inspect automobiles  * Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, meeting prospects at community activities, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries & recommending sales campaigns & promotions * Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests, matching requirements & interests to various models & building rapport * Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities & features, taking drives & explaining warranties & services * Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, completing sales or purchase contracts, explaining provisions, deliver sold automobiles to customer * Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & reading professional publications * Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new & different requests & exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments * Maintain the highest ethical practices & protect the confidentiality of customer & company information at all times * This position coordinates with & reports directly to the Sales Manager or General Manager * Other duties as assigned  Qualifications* Available to work flexible hours and weekends * Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred * Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve * Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Benefits* 401(K) Plan * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Vision Plan * Promote from within * Opportunities for advancement * Paid Vacation  We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
