Responsible for content development of operational communications, documentation, and presentations. Coordinates internal and external educational events.


Coordinates updates to the team’s website.

Develops and distributes communications.

Maintains document repositories, including uploading, moving, and archiving documents. Fields document requests for the team.

Coordinates events and organizes presentations for training events and meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, or related field

4+ years of experience in communications, or related field

In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

4+ years of experience in business-to-business communications

4+ years of experience in corporate communications

Experience working in or support a technology function
