Prior Commercial Lending experience is a requirement for this
position!
Hours: (Shifts will vary and are subject to schedule needs/40 hours
per week) Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of SBA Lending
Assistant at our College Station, Rock Prairie branch.
The SBA Lending Assistant is primary responsible for assisting
lenders in analyzing applicant's information, financials and tax
returns for SBA Loans. The SBA Lending Assistant also assists with
structuring SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and Loan Approval Worksheets.
Responsibilities also includes creating SBA applications and
submitting to SBA for approval and review and service SBA Loan
Files and performing other duties as assigned. A full description
