Job Description:

company policies related to employee safety, quality assurance, and
regulatory standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMPs). Set up and operate assigned mixing machines to ensure
finished products meet customer specifications and regulatory
requirements. Use hand tools as needed. Train and support other
employees in the operation of mixing equipment. Perform cleaning
and sanitization of equipment during product changeovers. Inspect
machinery before line start-up and after changeovers to ensure
readiness. Take ownership of mixing outcomes by accurately
following work orders, troubleshooting issues, and escalating
concerns to appropriate personnel when necessary. Maintain clear,
accurate, and legible documentation and records. Collaborate with
coworkers, including maintenance and quality assurance teams, to
meet production goals. Provide support to other departments as
needed and perform additional duties as assigned. Attend all
required company training sessions. Skills Chemical, Mixing,
Compounding, Gmp, Compound, Blending, Blender, Batch making, Sop,
Chemistry, Batch mixing Additional Skills & Qualifications Maintain
respectful communication with coworkers at all levels within the
organization. Ability to problem-solve equipment and processes in
partnership with maintenance. Ability to determine root causes for
mistakes/concerns and diligently apply corrective action. Basic
math skills. Basic computer skills. Job Type & Location This is a
Contract to Hire position based out of Wharton, NJ. Pay and
Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
