Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year A bit about us: A highly regarded Houston-based law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate with 2–6 years of experience to join its Chambers-ranked Construction Practice Group. Collegial, high-performing culture with strong mentorship and training. Job Details Key Responsibilities: Represent general contractors, owners, and developers in commercial construction disputes. Handle litigation matters in both state and federal court, including motion practice, depositions, and trial prep. Assist with contract review and risk mitigation for ongoing construction projects. Participate in arbitrations, mediations, and other dispute resolution forums. Qualifications: 2–6 years of experience in construction litigation or complex commercial litigation. Exceptional writing and communication skills. Strong academic credentials. Texas Bar license (or willingness to obtain promptly). Interested in hearing more?
