Job Description:
Touchstone Communities is seeking an experienced
Workforce/Staffing Manager who is passionate about enhancing the
lives of the elderly by ensuring our facilities are staffed with
professionals who are not only skilled but also compassionate and
committed. This role involves strategic planning and execution of
staffing initiatives, adept handling of recruitment cycles, and
fostering a positive work environment. Your efforts will directly
impact our ability to provide exceptional care and create a
supportive atmosphere for our residents. Develop and implement
staffing strategies to attract and retain top talent in the
healthcare sector. Analyze staffing logistics and workforce
management to ensure optimal staffing levels across multiple
facilities. Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to identify
staffing needs and qualifications. Manage full recruitment cycle
from job posting, interviewing, to final selection. Monitor
employee turnover and retention rates, implementing improvement
plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and
local regulatory requirements regarding employment. Coordinate
training and induction for new hires to foster integration and
adherence to organizational standards of care. Proven expertise in
HR practices and recruitment strategies Strong organizational and
analytical abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic
environment 401k PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
