Job Description:
Touchstone Communities, a leader in senior living and long-term
care, is seeking a seasoned Workforce/Staffing Manager to join our
Human Resources & Talent Management team. This role is essential as
we strive to provide tailored care and create a supportive
environment for our elders. The Workforce/Staffing Manager will
oversee all aspects of staffing processes, including workforce
planning, recruiting, and retention strategies for our healthcare
facilities across Texas. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient
staffing operations aligned with our community-centric healthcare
services while adhering to compliance and healthcare industry
standards. Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet
the evolving needs of Touchstone Communities. Manage full-cycle
recruitment processes to ensure the hiring of qualified healthcare
professionals. Coordinate with department heads to assess staffing
needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies. Monitor
staffing metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and
operational efficiency. Implement staff retention programs and
initiatives designed to attract and maintain a competent workforce.
Liaise with educational and professional institutions to establish
a reliable pipeline of candidates. Lead workforce analytics
projects to predict staffing needs and evaluate the effectiveness
of HR practices. Proven skills in strategic planning and talent
management within healthcare settings. Strong leadership and
interpersonal communication abilities. Expertise in regulatory
compliance pertaining to healthcare staffing. Proficiency in HRIS
and applicant tracking systems. Capability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment. 401k SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
certification preferred. Certification in healthcare workforce
management or similar is advantageous.
