Responsible for updating required HR training and communications, onboarding sessions, offboarding interviews, and assisting with talent recruitment and management. It also ensures company compliance and auditing practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESServe as a member of the Administrative Personnel following our core values.Preparing materials for and conducting orientation for new employeesResponsible for communicating and posting employee and HR-related informationUpdate and manage employee checklists in Paycom and job postings listingsMaintain positive working relationships with all company employeesOversee the recruitment and hiring of new talentAny other tasks that are relevant to the field and of benefit to the companyUpdate and Manage Coaching Sessions and surveys for each employee.Update and maintain Master Contact list and OUT calendar.Coordinate employee appreciation projects.Attend meetings and communicate sales and other relevant information to staff Miscellaneous HR projects. Examples include, but are not limited to, training video production, product live streams, and news interviews.Be available for employee complaints or concerns.KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTESDemonstrate winning Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolutionProficiency in Google and Microsoft Office preferredA fair understanding of business and our customer baseExcellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and ability to work independentlyAbility to learn and utilize Paycom payroll softwareAbility to learn and use KWI softwareAbility to communicate effectively with coworkersMust maintain confidentiality in all HR related mattersProfessional mannerisms & ability to host new groupsFORMAL QUALIFICATIONSNonePROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCENone requiredNotesNone
