Federal American Grill is looking to hire Dynamic Lead Bartenders!
We are looking for knowledgeable, energetic, bartenders to provide
the perfect guest experience in our ever-popular whiskey bar. Must
have high end experience. Up to 6 figures yearly gross income.
Federal American Grill is a family owned and operated upscale, yet
casual dining restaurant with New American Style scratch-made food,
along with some traditional comfort favorites, daily fresh seafood,
prime steaks, a well-rounded wine list, and Old Fashioned bar with

regulars and maintaining relationships Fun, positive atmosphere for
guests and team Verify identification and age requirements of
customers TABC certified Execute cocktail recipe consistency
Cleanliness of the bar Open and close tabs appropriately, process
payments, cash handling Following proper opening and/or closing
duties Knowledgeable of whiskies and other liquors, wine, beer,
etc. Attend meetings and continued education with liquor reps.
Occasionally supervise shifts as a leader Qualifications Minimum of
2 years prior quality experience as a bartender Thrives on being
hospitable Knowledgeable on craft cocktails, especially Old
Fashioned, all whiskies, and industry bar trends Food Safety
Certification & TABC Certification Positive attitude, personality,
