Quickly, safely, and efficiently prepare food in accordance with our preparation and execution standards. Follow established portion control procedures to minimize food waste and maximize profitability.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, countertops, and storage areas, to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, and notifying the chef or manager of any shortages or discrepancies.Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain efficient workflow and communicate effectively to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.Maintain a high degree of standards in cleanliness and sanitation at all times.Execute opening and closing proceduresQualificationsPrevious experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment.Strong knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.Must be available to work weekends and holidays.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment.PopStroke is an Equal Opportunity Employer.PI0acec28462dc-25660-35389398
