Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse (RN) who is passionate about providing the highest quality
care in an institutional rehabilitation setting. Our RNs play a
pivotal role in our patient-focused services, which include a wide
range of rehabilitation and nursing procedures aimed at helping
patients recover and thrive post-treatment. By joining Encompass

Provide professional nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation
environment. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and
implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention or provide case management. Supervising licensed
practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nurse assistants (CNAs).
Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other
medical professionals. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
environment. Ability to operate medical equipment.
Critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification required upon hire.
