Job Description:

services, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our
multidisciplinary team. This role is pivotal in delivering
exceptional care to patients in both facility-based and home-based

difference in the lives of patients. Assess patient health problems
and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain
medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Monitoring patient recovery and progress, and communicating with
doctors and other healthcare professionals to adjust care plans as
needed. Operate medical equipment and assist with patient
rehabilitation. Guide and support families to understand the
condition and treatment of their loved ones. Strong clinical skills
in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in clinical documentation and medical software
systems Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Empathy and compassion
for patients Adaptability in dynamic healthcare environments

license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS)
