Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: - Shift: 12H Days - Total Weekly Hours: 36 - Certifications: License/Certificate Verification - Trauma Level: - Facility Specific Job Notes: Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:/n/n1. Performs CST duties specifically in Endovascular, open heart, and thoracic specialties./n2. Required to take on-call duties to cover the Hybrid OR./n3. Must possess a unique skill set for both surgical and interventional combinations in a Hybrid OR environment./n/nLicensure and Certifications:/n/n1. License/Certificate Verification required for submission./n2. Verification of professional licenses or certificates is mandatory./n/nProfessional and Health History Requirements:/n/n1. Various health history attestations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, and Tdap needed upon onboarding./n2. A 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) is required upon onboarding./n3. Professional references, criminal background check results, and education verification are required for onboarding./n4. A driver's license or state ID is required for submission. /n/nOptional for Submission or Onboard:/n/n1. Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire/n2. Hiring Manager Evaluation/n3. Ascension Name Change Document/n4.
