This position provides an exceptional opportunity to deliver personalized respiratory care that supports patient recovery in a compassionate environment. Our respiratory therapists play a critical role in our multidisciplinary teams, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and treatments to help patients regain independence after severe illness or injury. Assess patient health needs and implement respiratory care plans. Operate and manage life support systems and various medical gases. Monitor and record patient progress and response to treatments. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and respiratory health management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards. Proficient knowledge of respiratory care procedures and equipment. Ability to operate life-support systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Adaptability to work with diverse patient populations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist. Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
