Develop, implement, and evaluate case management policies and
procedures Lead and supervise a team of case managers and support
staff Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline care
delivery and enhance patient outcomes Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards Manage departmental budgets
and resources Analyze performance data to identify trends and
opportunities for improvement Provide education and training to
