Job Description:

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our RNs play a pivotal role in providing excellent medical care and supporting patient recovery in our state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient-centered care and embrace innovative treatment methods to assist patients in their journey to recovery. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with facility protocols. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and their families on illness, injury prevention, and continuing care requirements. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes. Monitor and ensure the safety of patients and maintain high-quality care standards. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice CPR and BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
