employees - Typical Assignment: 5–6 patients per nurse - Support: 2
CNAs per shift What You’ll Do - Provide frontline leadership to
nurses and CNAs - Support staffing, workflows, and patient care
quality - Mentor and develop team members - Assist with
administrative duties and unit operations Looking for RN's with: -
Strong communication skills - Ability to delegate and promote
accountability - Experience appropriate for SNF leadership - Charge
nurse experience - Strong computer skills - Mentorship or coaching

type and/or level. Job Summary Your role as Nursing Supervisor
involves supervising healthcare professionals and ensuring high
patient care levels. Maintain a safe environment and nurture
nursing practice to improve patient outcomes. Oversee operations,
productivity, and resource distribution to meet department
priorities. Essential Functions of the Role - Working closely with
members from different professional fields to ensure coordinated
patient care. - Assessing how effective the nursing practices are
and infusing practices and research discoveries that are
evidence-based. - Fostering a caring and outcome-promoting
environment. - Encouraging development and opening up growth
opportunities for staff members. - Efficiently managing resources
to promote safety within the healthcare system. Key Success Factors
- A solid understanding of nursing standards and patient care

Associate's Degree - MAJOR - Nursing - EXPERIENCE - (2) Two Years
of Experience - CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -Registered
Nurse (RN) - Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of
hire or transfer.
