As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will have the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, providing critical support to our rehabilitation team while aiding in the recovery and enhancement of patient mobility. Assess patient condition by performing evaluations and tests to determine the necessary physical therapy treatment. Plan and administer physical therapy treatment strategies aligned with patient needs and healthcare goals. Document patient care and progress collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Educate patients and families on post-therapy care plans and preventive measures. Modify treatment plans to accommodate patient progress and response to therapy. Maintain patient confidence and protect hospital operations by keeping information confidential. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a flexible schedule based on the needs of the facility Proficient in using physical therapy software and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas Current CPR certification Preferred: Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
