Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver
transformative treatment to clients. Drive change by maintaining
scheduled patient interactions and enhancing treatment outcomes.

diagnostic and treatment frameworks. Stay digitally connected!
Ensure availability by phone during clinic operations and as
needed. Enhance educational content by reviewing patient
informational materials. Mentor the next generation of healthcare
disruptors by supervising health care students. Lead quality
assurance initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement and
excellence. Guide and inspire non-physician providers in
groundbreaking ways. Engage in innovative discussions on health and
prevention with patients. Contribute to strategic meetings and
propel performance enhancements. Embrace versatility and tackle
emerging duties with an agile mindset. Minimum Qualifications
Medical Doctor degree, Board-certified or in progress in
Psychiatry, holding a current Texas License. Adhere to the highest
ethical standards of your professional licensing entity. Commit to
lifelong learning and complete CEUs to maintain an active license.
Maintain an impeccable standing with your professional licensing
board. Mastery of Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement program
complexities. Culturally adept in providing sensitive care to
diverse populations. Communicate with precision and clarity across
all levels. Exhibit resilience under pressure, maintaining
composure in dynamic environments. Excel in managing multiple
deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Must be comfortable
