This position is ideal for a highly skilled OT who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You will be responsible for conducting patient evaluations, administering neurologically focused interventions, supporting departmental quality improvement efforts, and mentoring staff as a clinical specialist. You will also serve as a key resource for program or product line development and be responsible for managing outpatient appointment systems and working closely with front office staff to ensure proper certification and recertification processes. This role requires the ability to adapt patient care and customer service approaches to accommodate the physical, psychosocial, cultural, and safety needs of a diverse population.
