NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced
Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time clinical opportunity in
Killeen, Texas. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful

improve daily functioning through individualized therapeutic

Responsibilities Clinical Care Assess patients’ physical,
cognitive, and mental abilities to determine occupational therapy
needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to
improve daily living skills and functional independence. Provide
direct occupational therapy services for children, adults, or
specialized patient populations (geriatrics, pediatrics,
rehabilitation). Educate patients and families on treatment goals,
therapeutic techniques, and home exercise programs. Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams including speech therapists, nurses,
and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care. Document
patient progress, adjust treatment plans based on ongoing
evaluations, and maintain compliance with regulatory and
organizational standards. Maintain a safe, supportive, and
therapeutic environment during sessions. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an
accredited program. Current Texas Occupational Therapist license
(or eligibility). NBCOT certification preferred. Experience in
inpatient, outpatient, or clinic-based settings preferred. Strong
communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a collaborative
mindset. Preferred Experience Pediatric occupational therapy,
sensory integration, feeding therapy, or developmental delays.
Experience working with EMR systems. Bilingual (Spanish/English)
highly valued in Killeen, TX. Outpatient rehabilitation or
school-based therapy experience. Work Schedule Monday–Friday |
