Job Description Job Description Your Role as a BCaBA: We’re
seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to
join our team and provide high-quality ABA services in a
clinic-based setting. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will
deliver client-centered programming, provide supervision and
training to Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with caregivers
to ensure clinical excellence and meaningful outcomes for children.
This position is onsite at our clinic location, Monday through
Friday, with the potential for up to three flex/remote days per
month, at the discretion of your direct supervisor. Total
Compensation Package from $65,000 to $92,000 annually. Your total
compensation consists of a competitive base salary and performance
bonuses. Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 Monthly Performance
Bonuses : Earn up to $1,000 per month, Up to $12,000 per year! Sign
On Bonus: Up to $5,000 CEUs: 12 CEUs per year Annual CEU Stipend

Work from Home Days: 3 work-from-home days per month. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Manageable Caseloads : You’ll support
an average of 7 clients. 27 days off : Includes holidays, PTO, CEU

love to hear from you! Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Deliver individualized ABA therapy, maintaining
rapport and adapting programming goals as directed by the
supervising BCBA. Conduct assessments and assist in the development
and maintenance of individualized treatment plans. Supervision and
Training: Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Technicians to
ensure treatment fidelity and clinical excellence. Provide feedback
and professional development opportunities for team members. Parent
Training and Collaboration: Work with caregivers to facilitate
training and skill generalization in non-therapeutic settings.
Serve as a liaison between the BCBA, families, and other team
members to ensure consistency of care. Data Collection and
Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to monitor
progress and make treatment recommendations. Maintain accurate and
timely documentation, including reports and compliance with billing
requirements. Compliance and Communication: Adhere to BrightPath’s
policies, BACB standards, and insurance carrier requirements.
Participate in team meetings, communicate updates effectively, and
support collaborative care. Required Skills Must maintain active
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in
good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related
field. Actively accruing fieldwork hours towards Board Certified
Behavior Analyst Certification (preferred) Currently enrolled in a
Master’s degree program in psychology, applied behavior analysis,
education, special education, or other qualifying degree program in
accordance with BACB requirements. (preferred) Knowledge of ABA
principles, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental disorders.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize competing
tasks. Active CPR/BLS certification Passion for helping children
achieve their full potential in diverse environments Ability to
commute to: Katy, TX. Reliably commute or willing to relocate with
